As an CNA, you’ll provide hands‑on care and support to our residents while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• Obtaining and documenting vital signs and other required information

• Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Assisting with meals, hydration, repositioning, and transfers

• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment

• Working collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Active Ohio CNA certification or eligibility to work as a nurse aide in accordance with state requirements

• A compassionate and patient approach to resident care

• Dependability and a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care
