** Job Description s:
**** Essential Function:
** In this role, you will perform engineering product data change control activities that are critical to the integrity of our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to maintain system part information, drawings, manufacturing routings, and engineering documentation, while building a strong foundation in change management. This position plays a vital role in ensuring engineering design intent, and requirements are accurately translated and executed within manufacturing process instructions.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* · Maintain effective controls and tracking of configuration management records using identified systems for critical engineering data including parts, specifications, drawings, documentation and manufacturing routings.
· Work with engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to ensure changes are documented correctly.
· Review changes for completeness, correctness, and proper authorizations, then perform system updates.
· Perform configuration audits and document results.
· Provide training to process participants to facilitate effective configuration management processes and procedures, as needed.
· Provide documentation writing and editing support, as needed.
· Maintain a working knowledge of the Silfex Quality Management System and properly apply Quality Procedures and Operating Procedures.
· Perform other duties assigned by department management.
· Limited travel between Silfex plant locations may be required on an as-needed basis.
