Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop was born in Pittsburgh, PA, in 2012. We’ve grown from a single store to 23 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, West Virginia, and Minnesota, and we also offer national distribution of candy and soda to over 15,000 independent retailers.

As a Retail Associate, you’ll greet customers with a smile, guide them through their visit, and ensure they leave happy and eager to return. This role is about more than sales – it’s about creating memorable experiences and making a difference.
