Store Associate – Part Time

Location:

1761 N Bechtle Ave, Springfield, OH

Store

Hours:

Monday through Saturday 7 AM – 8 PM;
Sunday 9 AM – 6 PM. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter.

• Provide superior customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet store objectives.
• Perform basic math and use computer systems for sales and inventory tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed for restocking and customer assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work schedule.
• Basic math proficiency and computer literacy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for flexible shift patterns including weekends and holidays.
• Must provide a letter of support if previously employed by a Gordon Food Service customer.
