NOW HIRING — Outside Sales Representative

Robinson Insulation is a family-owned and operated company proudly serving Central and Southwest Ohio for over 50 years. Built on strong customer relationships, exceptional service, and industry expertise, we continue to grow and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing accounts, growing market share, generating demand, and helping customers successfully complete their projects. This role focuses on building materials and insulation sales throughout Central and Southwest Ohio.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience in outside sales preferred
• Building materials or construction industry knowledge is a plus
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans is helpful
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
