Live Well is seeking an Account Executive to grow home health referral sources in Springfield, OH. You will develop and execute territory plans, make sales calls and presentations to physicians, facilities, and community partners, and serve as a liaison with staff to drive referrals and program adoption.
You will maintain industry knowledge, coordinate with admissions and care teams, and participate in marketing efforts to educate providers on Live Well’s home health services.
