Inside Sales Representative

$15.00/Hour | Full-Time Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive experience both in-store and through phone, email, text, and online chat.

• Assist customers in-store, by phone, email, text, and chat
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best products, rentals, and services
• Become a trusted resource by learning instruments, accessories, rental programs, and available offerings
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and ongoing support
• Generate repeat business, referrals, and positive customer reviews through outstanding service
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and engage customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Consistently achieve sales goals through relationship-building and service rather than high-pressure tactics

• Background in music, including band, orchestra, private lessons, music education, or related experience
• Previous sales, retail sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn product details and confidently recommend solutions
• Comfortable using CRM systems, G Suite, and computer-based sales tools
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to following through on customer needs
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
