You don't need to know everything about cars. You don't need years of sales experience. We'll teach you the business — you bring the personality and drive.
What You'll Do- Welcome customers and create a fun, comfortable buying experience
- Talk with customers to understand what they're looking for
- Learn about Kia vehicles and help customers find the right fit
- Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Build relationships with customers and follow up throughout the buying process
- Work with our sales and management team to put together great deals
- Stay connected with customers after the sale and help build repeat business
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the dealership every day
You're not stuck behind a desk all day.

Qualifications- No automotive experience required
- Willingness to learn and take coaching
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and ready to be part of a team
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Motivated to grow, learn, and earn
- A driver's license is required
