Garda World Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Springfield, Ohio. The role involves adapting to varying missions, including customer service, patrols, surveillance, and rapid incident response.

  Springfield, Ohio
• Multiple shifts:
  Part‑time Saturday–Sunday 2 p.m.–10 p.m.;
  Part‑time Thursday–Saturday 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Hourly wage: $18.60 / hr, with Daily Pay available to Garda World employees.

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Security, military, law enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.
