Receive, coordinate, and disseminate critical information from emergency and non-emergency calls for service;
Maintain radio contact with mobile/field units to monitor response and provide support;
Relay descriptions and information to protective service field units concerning suspects, missing persons, stolen vehicles, etc.;
Determine nature and location of emergency, prioritize and dispatch emergency personnel;
Monitor, support, and troubleshoot alarm systems and CCTV/building automation systems; initiate alerts as required
