Appliance Repair Technician Trainee

Overview

We are actively interviewing for this position.

As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a valued member of our team by providing excellent customer service to our customers and using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a family’s life – you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again.

• Spend more time with family. Mr. Appliance operates Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No weekends or evenings.

• Diagnoses and repair residential appliances
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the-art mobile app
• Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to learn the use of our mobile app
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing
