Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responds to customer repair tickets/calls promptly
Communicates effectively with customers to further build and maintain customer relationships. (Especially as this is usually the first customer contact for the business.)Drives to and from the customer location to repair/perform maintenance on equipment
Installs new equipment/machines at customer locations
Performs troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems as needed
Conducts repairs and adjustments on machine operations
Cleans and refurbishes coffee machines as needed
Inspects and prepares new machines and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on water, coffee and ice assetts.
Perform filter changes
Plumbing experience with 1/4" and 3/8" lines preferred
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)6 months of experience working with electrical systems6 months of experience working with plumbing
Valid Drivers License Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is to remain in a stationary position for 40 percent of the time while operating the vehicle. They constantly operate company vehicles. They use their hands continuously while performing all job duties. Most of the activities involve fine and gross manipulation of items. They must be able to frequently stand, kneel, squat, bend, climb, and lift over their heads.
They must be able to exchange accurate information with other individuals in the shop and field. Must be able to detect mechanical issues and part defects from short distances to determine what action needs to be taken. They must regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally push, pull and move up to 100 pounds. The individual must be capable of carrying and loading and unloading different products.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; hot and/or cold conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
