Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify potential issues before they escape.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose problems accurately.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, refrigeration, and mechanical failures efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
• Assist with installation projects related to construction or equipment upgrades as needed.
• Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during major maintenance or repair projects to ensure timely completion.

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with strong background in appliance repair and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration technology, and mechanical principles.
• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems, air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or coordinate with external contractors effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
