Assists in the proper upkeep and preventative maintenance of all buildings, materials and systems at the distribution plant/designated building;
Tests emergency generator;
Records data from main electrical panels;
Inspects various equipment and building areas, including air compressors, roof and roof-mounted equipment and sprinkler systems; record data from inspections;
Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards
