Job Summary
Technician 1 – Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines such as hydraulic pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment. Work in a safety‑focused environment while supporting the company’s goal of minimal downtime.
Responsibilities- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts to ensure reliable operation.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records.
- Assist with equipment startup, shutdown, and safety inspections.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy construction equipment, or with specialty lines such as generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems with troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform tasks that require bending, squatting, or crouching.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more; work indoors or outdoors as required.

CompensationBase Pay Range: $18.99 – $26.11 per hour. Starting rate may vary by position, location, education, training, and experience.
