Maintains and repairs building equipment and systems to ensure safe operations;
Tests emergency generator and records data from main electrical panels;
Inspects equipment and building areas including air compressors, roof, sprinkler systems; records inspection data;
Tests sprinkler system water flow, tamper switches and alarms; tests fire pump and alarm;
Inspects and repairs equipment to prevent downtime; lubricates condensers and evaporators; performs annual refrigeration compressor inspections
