Wallick is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our properties in Springfield, OH. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and involves completing maintenance tasks, unit turns, and emergency response including on-call rotations. The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of maintenance experience with electrical/plumbing systems.
A valid driver's license is required. Pay is $24 per hour with a sign-on bonus of $1,500.
