This position is responsible for locating parties, establishing cases, and enforcing child support obligations. Candidate must demonstrate strong interviewing skills both in person and by phone. Responsibilities include frequent communication with employers, parents, and other agencies regarding child support payments; responding to client inquiries; and resolving issues through clear written and verbal communication. Selected individual will use agency, state, and federal resources to obtain and verify information related to location, income, assets, and other case-specific details.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Familiarity with government programs. Familiarity with local resources and service agencies. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Must pass a background check and drug test.
