We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Springfield, Ohio. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $20.50 / Hour (CBA Position)

• Safely transport passengers in a courteous and reliable manner throughout the service area.
• Assist in boarding passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and securely secure wheelchairs and scooters.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
• Compliance with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 regarding Schedule I drugs.
