Full-Time and PRN Van Driver to safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and facility-related activities while providing exceptional customer service and care.

The Van Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of residents while ensuring comfort, dignity, and excellent service. This role plays an important part in supporting resident independence and quality of life.

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, hospital visits, community outings, and scheduled activities
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely, including wheelchair or mobility aid support as needed
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and routine maintenance reporting
  
  Maintain transportation logs, schedules, and documentation accurately
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and appointment coordinators
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to all residents

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Previous transportation, van driving, or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to safely assist elderly or disabled residents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible schedule
• Must pass background check and drug screening
