Position
CDL‑A Flatbed Truck Driver – Division 290, Kansas City, MO.
ResponsibilitiesTransport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional routes. Provide safe loading and securing of flatbed loads, including 90‑pound tarps onto 5‑foot platforms. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety and compliance requirements. Provide reliable and timely delivery to meet schedule demands.
CompensationWeekly pay ranges from $1,095.18 to $1,980.65, and annual pay ranges from $56,949.36 to $, depending on experience, routes, attendance and length of service. Full pay package includes accessorial compensation (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimension pay) and mileage pay. Flatbed regional rate: $.57–$.71 per mile. Transition package of $1,800 available, including $1,000 for orientation.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (prefer 1-year truck driving experience)
- Safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
Clean clearinghouse result required - Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation
Home time:
Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset. Final date to receive applications: 6/30/2026.
