2nd Shift Warehouse Selector

Job Summary

2nd Shift Full‑Time Warehouse Selector at Distribution Center located at 4980 Gateway Blvd., Springfield, Ohio.

• Starting pay: $20.90 per hour plus a $1 second‑shift premium.
• Two pay raises in the first year.
• Additional earnings for speed and efficiency.

Sun–Thurs, start time 6:50pm–finish. Fridays and Saturdays off.

• Work on your feet for 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work in the freezer environment and other warehouse areas.
• Select and package orders accurately.
• Use scanners, pick lists, and signage to complete tasks.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
