Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Springfield, OH branch for a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Order Filler to join our electrical distribution team (M‑F – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM +OT). Part‑Time consideration will be given.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for customers. Ideal candidates enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

• Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately fulfill customer orders
• Pick, pack, and stage electrical products for shipment
• Identify and select materials such as conduit, wire, breakers, panels, and fittings
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and condition before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Learn to cross train in other areas
• Other tasks/duties as assigned

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or order‑filling experience
