Responsible for the training of new hires and team members in need of refresher training in all aspects of the stocking and put away functions related to the warehouse day shift.
Position DetailsSchedule:
Monday
- Friday (Sun-Thurs, Sun - 12am - finish; Mon-Thurs - 1am - finish)
Pay: $22.00/hour
Position Responsibilities- Teach and train new stockers/ putaway team members on how to use the RF effectively utilizing standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Lead team members through the orientation of best practices and standard operating procedures related to the day shift receiving and stocking operation.
- Complete work withs and behavioral observations for new team members to ensure they gain the understanding needed to work independently.
- Complete follow-up training with team members identified by the management team as needing additional or refresher training.
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by their supervisor.
- Assures performance standards reviewed and practiced with all new hires for our productivity-based environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience leading, coaching, or training employees in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
2 - 4 years leading increased production with activity & knowledge-based training for new team members.
Preferred qualificationsOSHA certified powered industrial trucks
1-3 years in experience in warehouse stocking
Relevant experience in the industry or field related to the training content.
Ability to build rapport with learners and create a positive learning environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and execute training sessions effectively.
