Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students and fostering a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.
Initially, roles include nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with later transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement.
