Rock Drill Equipment Operators - 4 Weeks On/1 Week Off - $40 Per Diem + Hotel - Up to $100,000/year - Multiple Locations
Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking Rock Drill Equipment Operators to join their dynamic team. These operators play a crucial role in drilling operations at quarries, mines, construction, and solar projects across the United States. The ideal candidates are experienced with heavy equipment, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and are motivated to travel and grow within a leading mining and construction contractor.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years, no DUIIs)
- Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods away from home (including 4-weeks-on, 1-week-off rotation for solar projects)
- Ability to pass a background check (ATF screening) and pre-employment drug test (zero-tolerance policy)
- Physical stamina: able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous rock drilling experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification
- Demonstrated values of integrity, teamwork, grit, and continuous improvement
- Adaptability and reliability in changing project environments
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
