We have an opportunity to join our dynamic team of Legal Recovery Specialists for the right person with a passion for helping people. Using cutting edge omni-channel communication technology you’ll provide caring customer service to consumers at every touch point via text, email, and phone calls. We care about how our team interacts with consumers, so you’ll learn how to make every conversation as positive and productive as possible—we’ll provide all of the necessary training for you to be successful!

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week and located onsite at our Springfield, OR office. After training, start times vary with a ½ day Saturday rotation, once a month.
During the initial training, hours are from 8 am – 5 pm.

A day in the life of a Legal Recovery Specialist:

• Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers.
• We will train you to take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Navigate cutting edge Accounts Receivable Management and Legal Management System (LMS) software.
• Work closely with our internal Legal department staff that includes Litigation, Small Claims and Attorney staff.
• Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns, and help consumers gain financial freedom.
• General computer skills are required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type 35 words per minute.
• Learn basic skiptracing skills and settlement negotiation skills related to legal files.
• Begin building a solid foundation of knowledge learning about the legal process of a lawsuit.
• Exercise good decision-making, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be meeting minimum performance levels and KPI’s.

• Our starting wage is $20.00 an hour (after initial collection training), and we pay even more for Spanish-speaking skills, college degrees, and prior customer service experience.
