Front End Service Team Trainer

Job Summary

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Handle front-end customer interactions, process returns and refunds, perform financial transactions, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Full‑Time.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual and quarterly performance incentives as well as hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
