Position: Physician Associate (PA), Otolaryngology/ENT - Eugene, OR

As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, Oregon Medical Group is seeking a Physician Associate to join our ENT/Otolaryngology Care team in Eugene, OR. The PA will work collaboratively with our board‑certified otolaryngologists to diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions in both outpatient and surgical settings.   • ENT or surgical experience strongly preferred, but new grads with strong interest in ENT will be considered.
  • Average Daily Patient Census: 16‑18 patients
  • Comfortable seeing pediatrics to geriatric aged patients
  • Medical Assistant to support clinician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work at the top of your licensure while providing excellent care to patients
  • Provide care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various health conditions
  • Educate patients on treatments plans, post‑op care, and preventative ENT health
  • Practice evidence‑based medicine
  • Collaborate closely with physician and audiologists for coordinated care
  • Assist in pre‑and post‑operative care, including consultations and follow‑ups

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree from a four‑year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four‑year college
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Physician Associate Program (NCCPA)
  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Otolaryngology or Primary Care setting

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $166,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
