• 24-hour shift model with built-in call coverage
• First assist role across complex cardiothoracic cases
• Block scheduling with 10 to 15 shifts per month

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cardiothoracic care
• First assist for CABG, valve, aortic, and thoracic surgeries
• Perioperative management including ICU and step‑down rounding
• Adult‑only patient population

• 24‑hour shifts from 7am to 7am
• Monthly block scheduling available
• Coverage includes daytime clinical care and first‑call responsibilities
• Ongoing need for 10 to 15 shifts per month

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified with cardiothoracic surgery experience
• Active Oregon license required
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

• Travel and lodging provided
• Rental car and mileage reimbursement included
• Airfare covered for assignment travel
