Physician - Trauma Surgeon
Peace Health River Bend Medical Center Trauma Surgery department is hiring a full-time Trauma Surgeon to join our established Trauma department.
River Bend Medical Center cares for a variety of complex Trauma and Acute Care Surgery patients. River Bend Medical Center is a tertiary care center with an ACS Level II Trauma center designation supporting a large catchment area along the Oregon coast and southern Oregon.
Practice Highlights:
- Working with a team of 8 surgeons and 5 APCs to coordinate and share the workload.
- Blend of trauma, general surgery, and ICU.
- Schedule:
12-hour shifts mix of day and night shifts. - In-house trauma surgical support
- Full-time 165 shifts/year
The communities of Springfield and Eugene are located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River. Bike, walk or run the Middle Fork Path along the Willamette River, or spend the day fishing on the McKenzie River. Eugene is home to the University of Oregon.
