Description
Join an established Neurointensivist team (3 physicians and soon to be 4 APC team) and Comprehensive Stroke center at River Bend Neuro ICU, providing 24 hour coverage at the largest hospital between Portland and Sacramento.
We serve a large rural catchment area including the southwest, coastal Oregon as well as the surrounding Eugene/Springfield communities and regularly get referrals from critical access hospitals located in these areas. Peace Health is also a Level II trauma center with a focus on individualized patient care and safety.

- Dedicated 12 bed Neurocritical care unit.
- 5 on 5 off 12-hour Neurointensivist shift and call for the remainder of the 24 hour shift.
Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River.
