Position: Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Springfield, OR
Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to a dynamic school-based role supporting elementary, middle, and high school students. This full-time contract position is based near Springfield, OR, with a standard schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The caseload will vary depending on district needs, offering opportunities to build a diverse portfolio of experience.

In this impactful role, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students
• Designing and implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Providing consultation and coaching to educators, paraprofessionals, and school personnel
• Monitoring progress through effective data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Actively collaborating with IEP teams and participating in meetings to develop student-centered solutions

What we're looking for:

• Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Valid state licensure
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
• An excellent communicator skilled at fostering partnerships with school teams
• Ability to adapt strategies to serve diverse learners from elementary to high school
• Strong commitment to supporting student success through evidence-based practices
