Springfield Public Schools seeks two Educational Assistants to provide High-Dosage Tutoring in Reading at Two Rivers Dos Rios Elementary School. Tutors will train to instruct small groups (4 or fewer students) in research-aligned literacy strategies, while performing other Educational Assistant duties as assigned.
Responsibilities include direct support to teachers, record-keeping, attendance tasks, and adherence to district policies. Position is part-time with varied duties and scheduling.
