Electrical Engineer

Evergreen Engineering®, Inc. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, layout, and detailed development of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ranging from moderate to complex in scope. • Gain experience with design of industrial electrical systems including 3D modeling, one‑line drawings, grounding drawings, wiring drawings, conduit and cable tray routing, electrical specifications, instrument lists, motor lists, transformers, grounding and bonding, switch gear, MCCs, and control systems
• Learn to do arc flash short‑circuit analysis using Easypower software
• Perform field data collection of existing systems and equipment
• More experienced candidates will have additional engineering and project engineering opportunities

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Desired knowledge in areas including electrical power design and distribution, grounding and bonding, electrical control systems, electrical specifications, and P&IDs
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Easypower is desired
• Previous engineering or electrical construction experience is a plus

• Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with flexible schedule options. Initial preference is to be in‑office, with available telecommuting or hybrid options after adequate onboarding
