Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods using knowledge of materials, chemicals and equipment, coordinating with automation, engineering and safety teams to ensure change control and quality standards. You will monitor plant operations, support QC labs, apply risk assessment (HAZOP) and lead process improvements.
