Job Overview
Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. They serve as the primary advisor, building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships and delivering financial expertise and client‑centric solutions.
Responsibilities- Build, develop, and manage relationships with business clients.
- Assess and attend to clients’ banking needs, obtaining and processing client and account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s unique goals and needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering financial expertise and building long‑term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four to five years of relevant experience.
- Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
- Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting (commercial credit training preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
- Some knowledge of bank products and services to identify appropriate opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, and financial and economic concepts.
Pay Range: $86,360.00 – $ (may vary by location and role). The compensation plan rewards relationship building from loan generation to deposit growth to fee‑based production.
Work ScheduleHybrid/flexible schedule: in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the office on other days.
