Peace Health - - Responsibilities:
Treat assigned patients following an established treatment plan and goals as established by an Occupational Therapist.;
Completes patient treatment according to plan of care, modifies plan to meet patients' needs within established goals.;
Maintains appropriate clinical & billing records.;
Assists in the orientation/training of new caregivers.;
Coordinates patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
