Columbia Care Services invites a Residential Therapist to support the Clear Vue Residential Treatment Home and Pine Ridge Facility in Eugene, OR. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, and document interventions in the EHR.
This role requires QMHP eligibility with a master’s degree in psychology, counseling or social work and at least one year of post‑graduate clinical experience. Unlicensed therapists must pursue licensure and pass a DHS background check.
