Pathways is seeking a Behavioral Health Skills Trainer to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed support to youth and families involved in foster care, adoption, or guardianship.
You will work with youth aged 3-18 to build social, emotional, behavioral, and independent living skills, coordinating with caregivers, providers, schools and community partners to promote positive outcomes. Occasional nights, early mornings and weekends are required.
