Speech Language Pathologist in Springfield, OR

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for clinical fellowship
• Familiarity with school-based SLP practice, IEP procedures, and special education services
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy in a school setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as required
• Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and ongoing staff development
• Maintain accurate records, comply with state and federal regulations, and contribute to a dynamic school community
