Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Overnight/NOC
Not Just an Overnight Job. A Chance to Help Someone Feel Safe, Supported, and Ready for the Day Ahead.
Some overnight jobs are quiet.
This one is meaningful.
At Rise & Shine, you’ll provide dependable, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the night. You’ll help create a safe, comfortable environment while supporting overnight routines, monitoring individual needs, completing documentation, and preparing the home for the next day.
You’ll be a steady presence.
A careful observer.
A problem solver.
A source of reassurance.
And someone individuals and team members can depend on.
Although overnight shifts may have quieter periods, this is an awake position. You must remain alert, attentive, and ready to respond throughout the entire scheduled shift.
