Job Summary:

Radiologic Technology Specialist position located in Springfield, Oregon. The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic CT imaging procedures under the supervision of Radiologists and according to departmental protocols. The role includes routine and specialized imaging, with a focus on ensuring timely and accurate diagnostics across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Job Details:

  • Schedule:

    Night shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Position is on a 4-on, 4-off rotation; some weeks may have only 30 hours scheduled due to rotation, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Certification as a radiologic technologist, licensed by the state as a general radiographer, with at least 2 years of prior experience in diagnostic imaging and prior travel experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience performing routine diagnostic CT scanning including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures. Knowledge of CT system processing, sterile procedures, and studies with or without contrast media.
  • Additional Information:
    The position involves responsibilities such as fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and cross-sectional anatomy. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT procedures and adhere to departmental protocols.
