CT Tech Opportunity
Become a vital part of Jackson Health Pros' team as an experienced CT Tech! You'll accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Tech experience
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school
- Licensed by the state as a general radiographer
- Proficiency with routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
- Experience with basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
- Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media, and cross sectional anatomy
