Sunriver Resort is seeking a Director of Lodge Restaurants to oversee The Lodge Kitchen, Owl's Nest, Merchant Trader Caf, and Starbucks. You will train staff to uphold exceptional service and assist in maintaining AAA Four Diamond standards.
Lead the Lodge F&B team, forecast budgets, and drive promotions. Engage with culinary partners to craft local menus, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance across all outlets.
