We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end‑user, office infrastructure, asset management, and project‑based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and coordination with remote technical teams and third‑party vendors.
Key Responsibilities End‑User Support- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user‑related issues.
- Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
- Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and workplace technologies.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related infrastructure equipment.
- Assist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.
- Coordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.
- Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.
- Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
- Provide remote hands support and escort third‑party vendors when required.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
- Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.
