We are seeking an IT Support Specialist II to serve as System Administrator for our network environment, Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, Software as a Service (SaaS), and local servers at the Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon. Responsibilities include leading regular maintenance and update tasks for Capital Care Services IT equipment and services, maintaining accurate documentation for help desk tickets, instructions, guides, and project progress using department‑approved resources.

Salary Range: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour DOE/Credentials
Differentials- Night Shift (NOC) Differential:
Additional $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided that at least 2.5 hours of the shift occur within this period. - Secure Program Differential:
Additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program. - Bilingual Differential:
Additional 5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred.
- Or two (2) years of experience troubleshooting and providing IT helpdesk support to end users.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mac computers is a plus.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver’s license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and be able to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Per OAR , Direct Care staff must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
