Columbia Care Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to serve as System Administrator for our Springfield network, MDM software, SaaS applications, and local servers at the Lane Service Center. You will lead regular maintenance and update tasks for IT equipment, maintain accurate documentation for help desk tickets, instructions, guides, and project progress using department-approved resources.
