• Serve as System Administrator for our network, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Software as a Service (SaaS), and local servers.
• Lead regular maintenance and update tasks for IT equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of help desk tickets, instructions, guides and project progress using department approved resources.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Full Time, Day)

$26.00–$29.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials

Differentials:

• Night Shift Differential: $3.00 per hour for shifts 10:00 p.m.–8:30 a.m. (minimum 2.5 hours).
• Secure Program Differential: $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible secure program.
• Bilingual Differential: 5% additional pay for qualifying employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred. Two (2) years of experience troubleshooting and providing IT helpdesk support is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Mac computers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
• Must be 18 or older at the time of hire.

The role is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
