We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Beckett team to launch a new card grading operation in Tigard, Oregon. The role oversees the end-to-end card grading process: receiving, research & , encapsulation, quality control, imaging, invoicing, and shipping responsibilities across the operation. This is an exciting opportunity to be one of our first employees in a brand new office space and join a team that is growing quickly.

You’ll report to the Operations Supervisor and work from the Tigard, Oregon office Monday through Friday for a shift from between the hours between (6:30 am - 5:00 pm). Initial training will take place at Beckett's Plano, Texas headquarters. In addition to managing the on-site operations, this Supervisor and the operations team may occasionally be asked to travel to card shows over the weekend on the West coast to support on-site grading operations.

• Ensure that the department meets the projected quarterly revenue and profit goals through motivating, coaching, and training employees
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to be followed in order to optimize maximum productivity
